Here is my interpretation of the latest ECMWF model weekly outlook that now goes out through mid-March.
The model is still signaling an early Spring in March across the
eastern half of Canada and the U.S., while the real cold backs away
toward Alaska once again.
Poor Alaska, it's been a long, tough haul this winter, while folks in
the Prairies have been wondering if winter will ever show up for a
sustained period. Signs say it probably will not this season
