AccuWeather.com - Elliot Abrams | Music in our Schools Month: Northeast to a-Choir Upscale Temperatures

Mar 6, 2012; 8:04 AM ET

Tuesday 9 a.m.

March is national music in our schools month. Perhaps this is in line with the increased tempo of breezes and the woods winds. Of course, I have to tell you what's going to be instrumental in setting the tone for our upcoming weather. For some pupils, the best forecast would be for a snowstorm, because when snow closes the schools, most of the kids are in the glee club. However, unless the composition of the weather map a choirs a new arrangement, we descant predict any snowstorms at all.

A storm heading into the Da Codas is working in concert with a high pressure area along the East coast to create a south to southwest flow of warmer air. Along the I-95 chorder, it is dry and chilly today... and even tonight for most places we piccolo in the 20s and low 30s. So, tomorrow starts chilly, bassoon there will be a big warmup to the 50s in Massachusetts and the 60s in Maryland in the afternoon. With sunshine and a clear sky, you will be able to see sharp, so there is no reason to be flat.

There are some strings attached to this forecast, but at the moment we can't predict anything that should cause widespread violins. A cold front in middle of the country tomorrow could orchestrate a few thunderstorms, so lightning could hit conductors.

A band of rain will accompany the cold front as it moves through the Northeast Thursday night. Afterward a new high pressure area should be clarinet. So that's the way we spinnet as we castanet over the Northeast region. Dress for winter today, but it will feel like spring tomorrow afternoon and on Thursday... so dress accordionly. If you don't like the idea of warmer weather, you have my symphonies.
